Process
- PAYMENT – 100% upfront for new clients, 50% upfront for return clients. I will contact you on Discord for your invoice. The finished images will only be delivered after all invoices are paid.
- CANCELLATIONS – You may not request a refund after the lineart is approved. If for some reason I am unable to complete your commission, I will issue you a full refund.
- REVISIONS – Minor tweaks and color adjustments are free. Major changes after the lines are complete (e.g., redrawing limbs or faces) will require an additional fee, unless it is due to a misunderstanding on my part. I have the right to refuse any requested revisions, additions or subject matters.
Copyright
- I have exclusive copyright over all images and files (the “Commissioned Works”) I create for the Client. This includes my rights to share, edit, and commercially use the Commissioned Works. If you are the Owner of any characters featured, I will credit you appropriately.
- I give you (the “Client”) a Personal Use License for the Commissioned Works, which allows non-commercial sharing. When sharing, I ask that you credit me as the Artist.
- Prohibited Use – You MAY NOT use the Commissioned Works for the following: Commercial Use (e.g. prints, stickers, advertisements), Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), Generative AI (e.g. model creation, publishing AI alterations), or for promoting hate speech.
- Commercial Use – If you wish to use the Commissioned Works for monetization or advertising, you must first purchase my Commercial Use License. Contact me for details.
